Please help us raise as much money as we can for Edale Mountain Rescue.
Why I hear you ask?
Towards the latter end of 2021 unfortunately our team found out that one of our much-loved patients had passed away suddenly and it shook the whole team.
Whilst we were caring for them, they were facing such challenging times within their own life it only seemed fitting that in their memory we took on a challenge ourselves to support one of the many good causes they were a part of throughout their life, this led us to Edale mountain rescue.
As a team we are planning on completing a 9.47 mile (15.25km) walk starting in Hope and looping around to see Wards Piece, Hollins cross, Mam Tor, and Castleton ending back where we started in Hope, on 19 March 2022. Luckily for us a member of the Mountain Rescue team will be accompanying us so we don’t have to call them when we undoubtedly get lost.
We would really appreciate your support be it in a donation via our collection boxes or via our just giving page: www.justgiving.com/fundraising/avenuevscastleton.
