Get ready for Password Self-Service
We have previously sent communications out to encourage staff to enrol for the Password Self-Service tool, which allows you to reset and unlock your District password 24/7 without the need to call the IT Service Desk Team.
We would like to thank everyone who has completed and enrolled in this service, but there is still a large number of staff who we still need to register. We need this completed as soon as possible to ensure that as we approach winter pressures, our call handlers are available to answer those high priority and critical calls and can continue to provide great service to you.
Between Monday 5th and Friday 15th December, we will be rolling out a process that will direct users who haven’t already enrolled to the Password Self-Service registration page when they logon to their device. The registration process cannot be skipped, but should take less than a minute to complete. Please see details and guidance attached which should be read prior to roll-out due which is due to begin from Monday 5th December.
