What’s happening next…
- We will bring together your feedback from this survey with feedback we’ve collected from our executive drop-in sessions, our Board, our senior leaders, and our governors.
- We’re holding focus sessions with a range of teams, and our staff network groups, to understand more about ‘how’ we can do things differently in the Trust for staff, patients, and our communities.
- All the things we’ve heard will be considered alongside findings from a literature review of key documents which tell us more about key national priorities, and innovations.
- We’ll also be linking with our colleagues in Joined up Care Derbyshire to make sure our strategies link up, and that they help us all work effectively together.
All of this information together will help us to draft up the priorities and direction for the DCHS Organisational Strategy.
