Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month - November 2022 – JUCD Wellbeing Support
03 Nov 2022 - Launch of Men’s Mental Health Group, Pit Stop
The Wellbeing Team is launching a new Men’s Mental Health programme, Pit Stop – a safe space for men to socialise, share support, unload and get back on the road.
Launching on Thursday 3rd November 2022, at 5pm in the Wellbeing Hub RDH, Pitstop’s launch night includes free food and drinks from Subway, tea and coffee, games, and an open space to chat.

Following Pitstop’s launch, the programme will run weekly on the following days:
Monday’s – virtual sessions, 5pm – 6pm
Thursday’s at RDH or virtual, 5pm – 6pm

Please note: Free food and drinks from Subway are only available on the Pit Stop launch night, but tea and coffee will be provided at each weekly Pit Stop session Royal Derby Hospital.
