Starting with a bad weather alert this week... snow and freezing temperatures have been forecast tomorrow for parts of north Derbyshire and across the High Peak and Derbyshire Dales. This could well cause some disruption to roads and service provision, so forward planning is advised. If the ongoing care of a vulnerable person could be jeopardy as a result of the weather, and you require access to a 4x4 vehicle, please discuss the case with your manager before contacting the clinical navigation team (during the day, seven days per week), or the on-call manager outside of these hours.
