It is imperative all devices are running on the latest operating system, not only for the security of the data stored on the device itself, but also for the wider NHS networks with which it connects.
Seymour John Solution Delivery, working in partnership with Arden and GEM, are carrying out these manual updates. If your device is affected, someone from Seymour John will contact you with a link to a booking site so you can schedule an appointment, via the booking link, with one of the Seymour John engineers as a matter of urgency.
The system update should take 1 - 2 hours and you will not be able to use your device during this time.
